VOLUNTEER POSITIONS
AIRPORT GREETERS - SIGN UP HERE They meet tournament guests inside airports, at assigned locations, to welcome and help guide them to the tournament transportation outside of the terminal. AGs will coordinate with the drivers and help tournament guests, as needed.

AMBASSADORS - SIGN UP HERE
They will function as roving information centers aiding our patrons throughout the grounds. They will serve as official greeters inside the grounds, providing information and direction as needed.

CUSTOMER SERVICE/TICKET OFFICE - SIGN UP HERE
These volunteers aid the ticket office with customer service both in person and on the phone.

PLAYER SERVICES - SIGN UP HERE The Player Services committee works with the Player Services department on site in the lounge and at the player hotels. Volunteers perform a variety of tasks, including monitoring player breakfast/gym areas and serving as a concierge for the players, providing them information on local attractions, restaurants, etc. Your location will vary by shift and needs of the tournament.

Must be at least 25 years of age, mature and possess good customer service skills. Bilingual or multilingual is a plus!
SPECIAL EVENTS - SIGN UP HERE
They coordinate with tournament staff, as needed, to aid onsite sponsor activations.

TOURNAMENT MARSHALS - SIGN UP HERE
They are responsible for granting access to certain areas, monitor access to special ATP and WTA player, official and suite areas.

TOURNAMENT/VOLUNTEER SUPPORT - SIGN UP HERE
They distribute volunteer meals during the event and aid with other aspects of the event

TRANSPORTATION - SIGN UP HERE
These volunteers are responsible for providing transportation for all players, coaches, guests, staff from the ATP or WTA, VIPs, umpires, media, and others to and from the airport, hotels, and the tournament site as needed.

USHERS - SIGN UP HERE
They are responsible for checking patrons’ tickets, helping patrons find their seats, restricting access based on patron’s ticket to a specific area of the stands and prohibiting entrance during play.

VOLUNTEER CHECK IN - SIGN UP HERE
They are the first point of contact for all volunteers. This committee distributes volunteer shirts, daily badges, meal tickets and any other pertinent information for that day or that session.
