BALL CREW
Ball Crew members work as a team to assist with the smooth flow of a tennis match by quickly retrieving and distributing balls to the server, and other on-court duties while remaining unobtrusive. They maintain readiness at their assigned positions on court and respond promptly to signals from players or the chair umpire. Volunteers must be 14 years or older. AIRPORT GREETERS
Airport Greeters meet tournament guests inside airports, at assigned locations, to welcome and help guide them to the tournament transportation outside of the terminal. AGs will coordinate with the drivers and help tournament guests, as needed. Volunteers must be 18 years or older.

AMBASSADORS
Ambassadors will function as roving information centers aiding our patrons throughout the grounds. They will serve as official greeters inside the grounds, providing information and direction as needed. Volunteers must be 18 years or older.

CUSTOMER SERVICE/TICKET OFFICE
Customer Service/Ticket Office volunteers aid the ticket office with customer service both in person and on the phone. Volunteers must be 18 years or older.

PLAYER SERVICES
Player Services volunteers work on site in the lounge, laundry drop off/pickup and at the player hotels. Volunteers perform a variety of tasks, including monitoring player breakfast/gym areas and serving as a concierge for the players, providing them information on local attractions, restaurants, etc. Your location will vary by shift and needs of the tournament. Volunteers must be 25 years or older.

SPECIAL EVENTS
Special Events coordinate with tournament staff, as needed, to aid onsite sponsor activations. Volunteers must be 14 years or older.

TOURNAMENT MARSHALS
Tournament Marshals are responsible for granting access to certain areas, monitor access to special ATP and WTA player, official and suite areas. Volunteers must be 18 years or older.

TOURNAMENT OFFICE
Tournament Office volunteers are the main source of information for all tournament patron's questions through the hotline. They answer questions and provide details and updates daily - making sure all information is up to date. The team also performs multiple tasks, as needed throughout the venue. Volunteers must be 18 years or older.

TOURNAMENT/VOLUNTEER SUPPORT
Tournament/Volunteer Support distributes volunteer meals during the event and aid with other aspects of the event. Volunteers must be 14 years or older.

TRANSPORTATION
Transportation volunteers are responsible for providing transportation for all players, coaches, guests, staff from the ATP or WTA, VIPs, umpires, media, and others to and from the airport, hotels, and the tournament site as needed. Volunteers must be 25 years or older.

USHERS
Ushers are responsible for checking patrons’ tickets, helping patrons find their seats, restricting access based on patron’s ticket to a specific area of the stands and prohibiting entrance during play. Volunteers must be 16 years or older.

VOLUNTEER CHECK IN
Volunteer Check In is the first point of contact for all volunteers. This committee distributes volunteer shirts, daily badges, meal tickets and any other pertinent information for that day or that session. Volunteers must be 16 years or older.
