BALLCREW SIGN UP HERE

Tryout to be part of the Mubadala Citi DC Open Ballcrew! Volunteer with us to work with some best players in the world. We've created a fun but focused program that stands out as one of the best in the country. You will receive a uniform + shoes as well as meals during your shifts. 

Our age minimum is 14 years old and attendance requirements listed in the application. Our tryout process is very, very competitive so sign up now to ensure you have a spot for tryouts!

AIRPORT GREETERS SIGN UP HERE
Airport Greeters meet tournament guests inside airports, at assigned locations, to welcome and help guide them to the tournament transportation outside of the terminal. AGs will coordinate with the drivers and help tournament guests, as needed.

AMBASSADORS SIGN UP HERE
Ambassadors will function as roving information centers aiding our patrons throughout the grounds. They will serve as official greeters inside the grounds, providing information and direction as needed.

CUSTOMER SERVICE/TICKET OFFICE SIGN UP HERE
Customer Service/Ticket Office volunteers aid the ticket office with customer service both in person and on the phone.

SPECIAL EVENTS SIGN UP HERE
Special Events Coordinate with tournament staff, as needed, to aid onsite sponsor activations.

TOURNAMENT MARSHALS SIGN UP HERE
Tournament Marshalls are responsible for granting access to certain areas, monitor access to special ATP and WTA player, official and suite areas.

TOURNAMENT OFFICE SIGN UP HERE
Tournament Office volunteers are the main source of information for all tournament patron's questions through the hotline. They answer questions and provide details and updates daily - making sure all information is up to date. The team also performs multiple tasks, as needed throughout the venue.

TOURNAMENT/VOLUNTEER SUPPORT SIGN UP HERE
Tournament/Volunteer Support distributes volunteer meals during the event and aid with other aspects of the event.

TRANSPORTATION SIGN UP HERE
Transportation volunteers are responsible for providing transportation for all players, coaches, guests, staff from the ATP or WTA, VIPs, umpires, media, and others to and from the airport, hotels, and the tournament site as needed.

USHERS SIGN UP HERE
Ushers are responsible for checking patrons’ tickets, helping patrons find their seats, restricting access based on patron’s ticket to a specific area of the stands and prohibiting entrance during play.

VOLUNTEER CHECK-IN SIGN UP HERE
Volunteer Check In is the first point of contact for all volunteers. This committee distributes volunteer shirts, daily badges, meal tickets and any other pertinent information for that day or that session.

SCOREKEEPERS SIGN UP HERE
Scorekeepers keep match statistics and/or record the serve speed on a laptop.  To work the Quarters, Semis or Finals you must have worked at least four shifts by Friday August 2nd.
