PARKING & TRANSPORTATION 

DAILY FEE ON-SITE IS UNAVAILABLE. All patrons with a parking pass are welcomed to park on-site. Please have your parking pass ready to show the parking attendants when you arrive. Patrons looking for daily fee parking should proceed to Friendship Heights to one of the available parking garages and catch the shuttle to the Rock Creek Park Tennis Center. PARKING IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THE GEICO LOT THIS YEAR. FANS USING THE LOT MAY BE SUBJECT TO TOWING.

NEW FOR 2023 - OFFSITE PARKING ($14)

Parking is available for tournament guests near the Friendship Heights Metro Station. You will be asked to pay $14 to the venue when you exit. See below for the Tournament Shuttle information.

The following three locations are avialable for offsite parking:

Colonial Parking Station 410, Chevy Chase Pavilion: 5335 Wisconsin Ave NW

Colonial Parking Station 628, Chevy Chase Center: 5425 Wisconsin Ave NW

4451 Jennifer Street NW [This rate is $11 ($10 plus $0.99 transaction fee)]

Please note the Lord & Taylor Parking Garage and Geico lots are not available for tournament patrons this year.

PARKING (ONSITE - $40) 

Limited onsite parking may be available in the grass field at the Rock Creek Tennis Center. If available, the daily parking fee is $40 per car. Payment must be made with a credit card at the entrance to the parking lot.

Be sure to check the official tournament app, website, or social media to confirm daily parking availability. In the event of rain, the National Park Service will close the grass fields to all vehicles to preserve the natural resources of the park.  

If onsite parking is not an option, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO PARK IN THE SURROUNDING NEIGHBORHOOD. Nonresident cars will be ticketed and towed due to restrictions implemented by Metropolitan Police and DDOT.  

Please respect the fact this event is held in a residential community and refrain from parking in the surrounding neighborhoods. Only local traffic will be allowed on nearby streets; any vehicles that do not have a government issued and approved resident parking pass will be ticketed and towed.

SHUTTLE BUS

Shuttles run continuously between the Friendship Heights Metro Station and Rock Creek Tennis Center starting at 12:00pm daily. The shuttle is free of charge. 

The shuttle service will pick up, and drop off, on Friendship Blvd near Bloomingdales, within one block of the Friendship Heights Station. If you arrive before 12:00pm, please plan to take rideshare, taxi, or metro bus. 

At Friendship Heights Metro station, exit at the Western Ave exit. At the top of the long escalator, make your first left following exit signs for "Western Ave. & 44th St. Mazza Galleria." At the street level, walk along Western Avenue for one block to the corner of Western Avenue and Friendship Blvd. 

Please note the shuttle time begins at 12:00pm.

METRO

Friendship Heights Metro Station (Red Line). Please use the Western Avenue exit from the Metro station. At the top of the long escalator, make your first left following exit signs for “Western Ave. & 44th St. Mazza Galleria.” At the street level, walk along Western Ave. for one block to the corner of Western Avenue and Friendship Blvd. 

METRO BUS

Metro buses S2, S4 and S9 (express) will drop off at 16th St. & Colorado Avenue.

RIDESHARE PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF (CARTER BARON)

Rideshare facilities are located on the grounds of the Carter Barron Amphitheater, adjacent to the amphitheater's box office. Rideshare drivers will be directed to the Carter Barron Amphitheater Box Office Access Road (also known as Carter Barron Amphitheater Box Office Circle), the entrance to which is located at 4850 Colorado Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20011. Due to the residential neighborhood, DDOT has geofenced all rideshare apps to ONLY drop off and pick up along the Carter Barron Amphitheater box office access road. No pickups or drop-offs will be permitted on Colorado Avenue NW.
